Workgroups to End Homelessness

  • Shelter and Diversion

This workgroup will work to increase system capacity around shelter services and implement innovative solutions around shelter and homeless diversion. Activities may include data analysis of System Performance Measures for shelters, innovative initiatives to increase capacity and quality of service delivery, and establish a community of best practices for the NWCEH shelter operators.

The Shelter and Diversion Workgroup meets on the third Thursday of each month from 12:00pm-1:00pm. Meetings are hybrid.

  • Housing and Resources

This workgroup will work to increase available housing inventories by exploring innovative initiatives to increase the number of units available for NWCEH program participants. In addition, this work-group will be tasked with evaluating and improving our service delivery models to improve outcomes and increase sustainability after program exit.

  • Communications and Marketing

This workgroup will work to increase public awareness of the Coalition and its work by reaching into the communities to engage in new ways that help advance our case of ending homelessness.
