The purpose of the System Performance Measures is to provide a more complete picture of how well a community is preventing and ending homelessness.

These reports count the number of people who have made contact with the Homeless Response System during the calendar year (January-December).

These counts measure the number of people who are experiencing homelessness on a given night in January.

Each month providers across the NWCEH are reviewing project outcomes and outputs through monthly reports.
